I’ve found the design I want but can’t select my options

 

If options are available, there is a drop down box to make your selection.

Has my order been sent and can I track it?

 

Upon competition of your shopping cart, we will receive your order and we can begin processing it for shipping. As long as you have provided a valid email address, we'll be able to advice when the order has been shipped and supply you with a tracking number.

Which methods of payments can I use?

 

Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal, which can still be used for credit card payments even if you dont have a PayPal account.

Can you give me more information about the manufacturing?

All of our products are bespoke in that they are usually one-offs and no two are the same, with the exception of some of the Sewn by Sarah range.

Incorrect/Part of my order is missing

If you have received your order and it is either incorrect or there are parts missing, please contact us immediately via email and reference to your order number

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

 

We utilise the delivery services of Australia Post. Cost for the deliveries is dependant on the number of items purchased and size of the bag/box required by Australia Post. For more details please click the following link: AUSTRALIA POST
